With sounds as smooth as butter and grooves as juicy as jam fillings, Joe The Baker Gill has cooked up two fondant slabs of disco funk right here. There's a sweaty post-punk sheen to "Can't Explain" thanks its slap-happy bassline, fuzzy guitars and sultry vocals.
