Future Times is feeling super blessed to announce a reissue 12" featuring two hard-to-find cuts by John Selway and his Seltav project with Andrea Taverna. A Side "Shimmerdown" has been a rare grip for a long time on the original CSM wax, due to its status as one of the finest Rhodes-soaked, late-into-the-function cuts ever made. "SPQR", on the flip, is a massive house tune. Heavyweight action on both sides for the Deejays. Both tunes remastered by Dietrich Schoenemann at Complete.

"All Aboard!" .... "Spacepod", a low-key, late night funkadelic house anthem from Magic Mountain High. Presented in the classic 12" tradition, with an original mix as well as Acapella, Club Dub, and (courtesy of Move D) Remix versions, this demented ode to mindflight exhales a bit of humor over the room, but also penetrates the dome with its lush, single-lightbulb groove and insane effected vocal manifesto. This is definitely one for the end of the night squad. "Join us in our spaaaaaaaaaaaceship!" .

Originally part of the amazing EP2: Banana Wine release by Mo via One Handed Music, we brought it back to life, pressed loud and fat on wax all by itself for the Deejays!

Shanti Celeste steps up with a full EP after her amazing "Strung Up" track from the recent Future Times compilation Vibe 3. BIG TIP! She uses the full A side for the killer "Being," a nasty dancelfoor cut that balances sleek, precision drum patterns with cool, showerdown melodies that haunt the feet AND the mental. The B Side starts off like a lost CBS Slow Burn cut with "Good Spirits," an exercise in machine romance, and ends with an ambient mix of the A side, to drift off into space with. Shanti is ON.

Not content with providing us with the tune of summer 14 - the Mood Hut released "Something (On My Mind)" - Jack Jutson has only gone and done it again on his Future Times debut. "Thirstin" is every bit as likeable as its' esteemed predecessor, delivering a subtly sun-kissed blend of loose, delay-laden deep house percussion, rich Rhodes chords and yearning vocals. Truly, it's magical - the kind of warm, evocative fare that will still be getting rotations decades from now. Flipside "Atmosphere", an instrumental cut built around jazzy drums, live disco bass and brilliant eyes-closed piano solos, is almost as good. Clearly, the Pender Street Steppers man is one serious talent.
