The wonderful Black Ops sub label from the SLEAZYBEATS crew continues... With Luvless the Black Ops camp adds yet another fresh face to its roster. Over the past years the Leipzig native made a name for himself with releases on his lovely own Rose Records imprint and esteemed labels like Tsuba and FOTO. If you're partial to carefully arranged, classy piano-led deep house business, his new 'Part of Me EP' should tickle your pickle.Lead track 'In My Arms' is a bottom-heavy mid-tempo burner with a driving piano melody and yearning vocals that slowly works towards a breakdown of monumental proportions.'Balance on a Beam' on the flip is a slightly beefier affair, blending tight tambourine-like snares, sultry male vocals and chunky hiphop-ish sampling style with Luvless' moody synth lines and crisp drums. Closing track 'A Precious Kind of Love' offers more trademark Luvless deepness, nicely rounding off the package with its spaced out beats, glittery percussion and more cut-up samples. As always, this is a limited, vinyl only release. It will not be repressed and will not be released digitally. Not now, not ever.
